Here are the steps to modify a house plan with SDC House Plans. Feel free to call with any questions 910-319-0210.
Choose your plan and fill our the form below with all of your modification requests. If you like, you can email us a file to show changes. We will review and make sure all requests are possible.
We send you an estimate for the changes. If you approve, you return the attached contract and pay for the price of the plan. Modification fees are collected when the job is finished. Your project is placed on the job list and we will let you know when you can expect your first draft.
Modifications go back and forth until you are 100% satisfied with your plans. Once approved we invoice you for the modification fees and email you your final house plans.
We highly recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a plan to familiarize themselves with all local zoning limitations for their property. Items such as buildable area, impervious coverage limits* and building height should be verified by the purchaser prior to selecting a plan. Speak to your local zoning official for this information.
*Impervious Coverage means any surface which has been compacted or covered with a layer of material so that it is highly resistant to infiltration by water. It includes surfaces such as compacted gravel, streets, driveways, sidewalks, parking areas, buildings and other similar structures.
