Banks Channel, named after a sound in Wrightsville Beach, NC, is our best selling beach house plan. It was designed with function in mind. The extra bedroom on the main living level is a big plus. The two story foyer, although dramatic, can easily be floored in to create a small home office, or exercise area. Customers have added a porch off the second floor rear bedroom and have also switched the kitchen and dining areas. The ground floor provides many options for its use. An additional bedroom and bath fits easily behind the right side garage. The space under the rear porch and Master Suite can make for a nice Lanai.
