7. Amberview Way

Inspired by our Oak Hill 2 HGTV Smart Home, Laurel Bay is what happens when modern farmhouse style gets everything right. 12. Bayview Classic

Featured in Coastal Living magazine, Bayview Classic is the kind of home that grows with your family. This 3,992-square-foot family home doesn’t just have space—it has spaces. A formal dining room for special occasions, practical spaces for everyday life (a home office, a large laundry room, and separate his-and-hers closets, etc.), and a large recreation room upstairs where the kids can be kids.

13. Neuse River Cottage

A craftsman-inspired gem, Neuse River Cottage gets the open living plan right, with two bedrooms on the first floor and two more upstairs, plus a large bonus room that could be anything you need it to be. At 3,105 square feet, it’s that perfect balance of cozy and spacious, with a separate dining room for when you want to do dinner right.

14. Oak Grove

Large families, this one’s calling your name. Oak Grove’s 3,667 square feet of open floor plan is entertaining heaven.
